Sara Ferne Kanfer
Sara Ferne Kanfer serves as a Director of the Lippman Kanfer Family Foundation and Lippman Kanfer Foundation for Living Torah. She is also a Board Member of the Schottenstein Chabad House at The Ohio State University, where she most recently assisted in the completion of its building campaign.
After stepping away from her work in e-commerce, Sara earned certification as a Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and completed her training as a Birth Doula, deepening her focus on pre- and postnatal holistic wellness.
As her philanthropic work continues to evolve, Sara is thoughtfully exploring opportunities to expand her leadership and impact—both through the family foundations and independently. She brings a values-driven, reflective approach to giving, grounded in continuous learning and purposeful engagement.
In addition to her philanthropic and leadership roles, Sara is focused on raising her two children. She holds a B.A. in Journalism from The Ohio State University and resides in Miami Beach with her husband, two sons, and dog.
